1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on revenusbudgetfr.com is Revenusbudgetfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €50,000, registered in the Paris Trade Register under number 924 567 891, whose registered office is at 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

2. Data collected
We only collect data strictly necessary to handle your information request: first name, e-mail address, and, where applicable, information related to your region and your eligibility to the program (in particular your year of birth when you provide it).
No banking, tax or health data is collected through this form.
3. Purposes of processing
The data collected is used to: (i) respond to your information request about the residential real estate program; (ii) send you the information file; (iii) organise, if you wish, a free consultation with a program advisor; (iv) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) as well as on the legitimate interest of Revenusbudgetfr SAS to present its program to the people who request it (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for the time necessary to handle your request and for a maximum of three (3) years from your last contact with us, in accordance with the CNIL's recommendations on commercial prospecting.
6. Data recipients
Your data is intended for the internal services of Revenusbudgetfr SAS in charge of the relationship with participants. It is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be transmitted to our technical subcontractors (host OVH SAS, secure messaging tool) who act solely on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted within the European Union (OVH data centres located in France) and is not transferred to any third country.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, and a right to the portability of your data.
You can exercise these rights by writing to dpo@revenusbudgetfr.com or by post to the registered office address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris).

Revenusbudgetfr SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access control, regular audits) to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
